Survey Design and Statistical Analysis
Whether you want to survey employees, managers, stakeholders, clients or a segment of the public at large, we will work with you to design a reliable and valid survey that is tailored to your individual objectives and needs. We have extensive experience designing surveys intended to assess employee satisfaction, measure learning results, obtain input on human resources practices, measure the effectiveness of public health campaigns and determine the viability of products or services through market research.
We can design surveys that seek to obtain baseline measures and those that track results over time. We can also perform a variety of statistical analyses and qualitative assessments to uncover trends in results and differences among various groups and stakeholders. All of these results are ultimately included in a comprehensive report that will break results by the segments of your population of interest to you.
Executive Interviewing
If you need to collect important information from senior management, middle management or staff at any level, we can guide you in what to ask, when and how. We will design questions with your needs in mind and conduct structured or unstructured interviews. Focus Group Design and Moderation
We have designed and facilitated hundreds of focus groups as part of staff consultations, market research testing and organization development initiatives. We can facilitate these groups in English, French or bilingual. We also provide detailed reports of the results of the focus groups and recommendations based on findings.
